This Privacy Policy explains how Individual Entrepreneur BRIZINSKIY YAN XXX, operating as Golden Pear ("we", "us", "our"), handles information when you use our mobile games, including Garage Simulator (the "Games"). We are the data controller for the information described below.

1. Information we do not collect

The Games do not require you to create an account or sign in, and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or other directly identifying information. Game progress is stored locally on your device and is not sent to our servers.

2. Information collected automatically

The Games use third-party services for advertising and analytics. These services may automatically collect certain information from your device, such as:

• advertising identifiers (for example, the Android Advertising ID);
• device information (model, operating system version, language, screen size);
• approximate location derived from your IP address;
• app usage data (sessions, levels reached, in-game events, crashes and performance);

• to understand how players use the Games and to improve gameplay, balance and stability;

4. In-app purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card details. We receive only the information needed to confirm the purchase and deliver the purchased item, such as a transaction identifier.

Because we do not identify you directly, we may need information such as your advertising ID to process a request. Many requests can also be made directly to the third-party providers listed above.

9. Data retention

Information processed by third-party providers is retained according to their retention policies. Data stored locally on your device remains there until you delete the Games or their data.

10. Children

The Games are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Games, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

11. International transfers

Third-party providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, they use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
