Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile games and related services (the "Games"), including Garage Simulator, provided by Individual Entrepreneur BRIZINSKIY YAN XXX, operating as Golden Pear ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing or using the Games, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Games.

1. Eligibility

You must be old enough to accept these Terms under the laws of your country, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

2. License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Games on your device for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms and the terms of the app store you obtained the Games from (such as Google Play).

3. Restrictions

You agree not to: copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent the Games; reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, except where permitted by law; use cheats, bots, hacks or any unauthorized software that modifies the Games; interfere with or disrupt the Games or their advertising; or use the Games for any unlawful purpose.

4. In-app purchases and virtual items

The Games may offer virtual currency, items or other content for purchase with real money ("Virtual Items"). Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms and refund policies. Virtual Items have no monetary value outside the Games, cannot be exchanged for real money and are licensed to you, not sold. Except where required by applicable law, all purchases are final and non-refundable. We may change, rebalance or discontinue Virtual Items as part of game updates.

5. Advertising

The Games display advertising provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or for any products or services offered through them. How advertising partners process data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Game progress

Game progress is stored locally on your device. Deleting the Games or their data, changing devices or resetting your device may result in loss of progress and Virtual Items, which we cannot restore.

7. Intellectual property

The Games and all related content, including graphics, sounds, code, text and trademarks, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

8. Updates and availability

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue the Games or any part of them at any time. Some features may require updates to the latest version.

9. Disclaimer

The Games are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Games will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or Virtual Items, arising from your use of the Games. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the Games or Virtual Items in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Games if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Games at any time by uninstalling them.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Games after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
